Metodologie didattiche | Il corso prevede lo svolgimento di lezioni e di esercitazioni su specifiche procedure di revisione. I metodi didattici consistono nell'esposizione orale, con supporto di presentazioni, nella disamina di case studies, nella predisposizione di project work e in eventuali seminari. |

Contents | The aim of the course is to give the basic knowledge and the tools useful to analyze and define an internal control process compliant to the current regulations, national and international.Specifically, the issues that this course will face are:• The definition of internal auditing.• The national and international regulations about corporate governance, and the role of internal auditing. |

Teaching methods | The course will be developed by ex-cathedra lessons and exercises on specific auditing procedures. The teaching methods will consist in the oral exposition, with support of some presentation, case studies and project works and speech. |
Evaluation methods | he final exam will consist of an interview on the syllabus, to verify the theoretical notions acquired, the understanding and the right use of technical terms. In the interview will be ask some questions on the case studies and the other activities done during the course to verify the acquisition of skills and applied notions, the judgement autonomy and the learning skill. |
